Engagement

How a pack moves through the desk

This page maps the working rhythm for a pre-submission application audit and notes where shorter engagements skip or compress steps.

Open notebook and paperwork arranged for careful review
  1. Brief and intake. You tell us the filing destination, deadline, and pack type. We reply with a document checklist and a provisional quote.
  2. Complete pack received. Forms, schedules, receipts, and bank turns arrive as scans or printouts. Incomplete intake pauses the clock.
  3. Review window. An auditor marks discrepancies by category—arithmetical, policy, evidence—and drafts the clearance note.
  4. Delivery. You receive annotated findings plus a short clearance note naming residual risks. Spot checks and claim batches stop here unless you request more.
  5. Revision pass. For pre-submission audits, one update cycle within five business days is included after you revise the pack.

Document checklist we send after the brief

  • Draft application forms with every signature field identified
  • Cash-flow or cost schedules matching the narrative totals
  • Primary receipts or invoices for material line items
  • Recent bank turns covering the stated repayment or matching-fund source
  • Collateral or related-party notes if the filing type requires them

When a walkthrough replaces remote markup

Subsidy filing walkthroughs compress intake and review into a two-hour table session at our Yilan County desk. Bring the draft pack and someone who can explain unusual lines. You leave with an action list; a full clearance note is a separate pre-submission engagement if you want one later.
