Terms of engagement
These terms apply to visitors of connecteddataeng.digital and to clients who commission financial audit of applications work from Connected App Audit Desk.
Acceptance
By using this website or confirming a written engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or instruct us to begin review work.
Services described
Descriptions of audits, spot checks, claim reconciliations, and walkthroughs are informational until we issue a written confirmation stating scope, fee, and review window. We do not guarantee approval by any lender, agency, or internal finance desk.
Intellectual property
Site content, field notes, and our clearance-note templates remain the property of Connected App Audit Desk. You retain ownership of your application materials. You receive a license to use delivered markup and clearance notes for your own filing and internal records.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate drafts and supporting documents, obtain any third-party consents needed to share them, and review our findings before filing. Delays in providing complete packs extend agreed timelines.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for consequential losses, denied applications, or decisions made by receiving institutions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Taiwan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagement contracts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
